Welcome to the VillageWalk website! Here you will find useful information about our community and many photos showing its beauty. VillageWalk, a resort-style community located in Wellington, Palm Beach County, is one of the most desirable areas in South Florida! The master-planned community of 954 residences ranges from 2-bedroom villas to 6-bedroom single-family homes. The community has 6 miles of bike and jogging trails and 93 acres of common and park areas designed around 112 acres of lakes, waterways, and a wildlife preserve. The result is a stunning community where 96% of the homes are built on waterfront cul-de-sac lots. The VillageWalk Homeowners Association supports countless events for all to enjoy throughout the year. Click on the above links to get a feel for what our community has to offer. We are minutes away from A-rated schools, shopping, dining, the heart of the equestrian world, and beautiful South Florida beaches.  If you have any questions, use the Contact Us link above.

Southcoast Painting and Restoration started the current house painting project in February of 2022, and the work continues. Southcoast is working through the community alphabetically and recently completed Hermitage Dr. and has started on Inagua lane.
They plan to complete Inagua, Jolly Harbor, Playa, and Rio Claro by the end of 2022.
Weather permitting, they’ll be starting on Kaliko in January of 2023.

Southcoast is required to post notices on the homes scheduled for painting two weeks before painting, which will allow residents to have the opportunity to remove personal items from around the exterior of the house.
VillageWalk parents, a group of VW teenagers, are riding around the community on blue bikes that have been causing minor problems around the town center. There hasn't been any damage yet, but it's trending that way. Any property damage to the Town Center would be the property owner's responsibility. If you know these bikers or have children riding bikes here, please remind them there are cameras inside and outside the town center.

Please do not ride bikes on the sidewalks around the town center. There's a lot of foot traffic around the town center and residents coming in and out of the buildings. A collision between them and a biker could result in injuries to both parties. Please walk your bike on the sidewalks around the buildings. VillageWalk recently settled a lawsuit, and there's no need to risk another.
