AED Units

Two AED units have been installed.  One is located inside the gym and the other is behind the Café near the resort pool.

MULCHING
To all residents, A&W Mulch will begin installing mulch on all homes in Village Walk, weather permitting, starting January 30. They will start on Arima and work through the community, the work should take 4-6 weeks. Please use caution.  If you do not want your home to receive mulch, please contact the Town Center office.
 
PAINTING UPDATE:
Southcoast Painting and Restoration started the current house painting project in February of 2022, and the work continues. Southcoast is working through the community alphabetically and recently completed Hermitage Dr. and has started on Inagua lane. 
 
They plan to complete Inagua, Jolly Harbor, Playa, and Rio Claro by the end of 2022.
 
Weather permitting, they’ll be starting on Kaliko in January of 2023.

Southcoast is required to post notices on the homes scheduled for painting two weeks before painting, which will allow residents to have the opportunity to remove personal items from around the exterior of the house.
 
Sidewalk repairs will be ongoing, please be cautious in work areas.
