VillageWalk of Wellington is a master-planned residential community located in Wellington, Florida, developed by DiVosta Homes. The community was designed with a resort-style layout centered around lakes, bridges, green spaces, walking paths, and a central Town Center that serves as the heart of the neighborhood.
VillageWalk is known for its distinctive neighborhood design, waterfront views, extensive landscaping, and DiVosta’s poured concrete construction methods. Many of the homes in VillageWalk were built using reinforced poured concrete exterior wall systems, a construction style DiVosta became well known for throughout South Florida.
The community contains 954 residences made up of several different home models, including attached villas, single-family homes, and select two-story homes.
The Capri model is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom attached villa with a 2-car garage. Capri homes feature an open layout, split-bedroom design, covered lanai areas, and are connected as paired residences.
The Oakmont model is a detached 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single-family home known for its open floor plan, large living areas, and signature wall-unit design in many homes.
The Carlyle model is a larger 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom single-family home designed for larger households and entertaining space.
The Admiralty and Commodore models are the community’s two-story homes, located on select streets throughout VillageWalk.
Many streets within VillageWalk were developed with primarily one home model type. While there are exceptions, several streets are generally associated with specific home styles throughout the community.
Playa Drive originally served as one of the model home areas during the early development of VillageWalk.
